QA/QC Introduction

We implement SPC and QS9000 systems, apply QCC and CWQC in each stage. Now we have founded our own quality reliability lab, with 35 QC personnel and more than 15 QA engineers. All our products are CE approved. 60% of the facilities are imported from Germany, Japan, etc.

IQC: Inspect the raw materials, survey and evaluate the vendors according to the quality form monthly, and meanwhile monitor the quality system of the vendors and improve their quality level.

PQC: In charge of all the in-process inspecting for the production department, monitoring the employees to operate in accordance with the operation procedures and reflect the problems to related department in time.

FQC: Inspecting the finished goods checked by the IQC and PQC completely.
